UPDATE MAY 2018

At last there is some progress beyond the retail sector of the Old Market. Plans for a rather boring looking Premier Inn hotel have been approved and work has started on flats by Herefordship Housing. The City Link Road is operational - see separate page.

Summer 2016 sees the Old Market retail area booming and footfall into Hereford increasing.  This is all positive but HCS is still waiting to see some residential development in what was heralded as the Urban Village. Where is it?
